We want you to be completely satisfied with your journey into the Cartih Universe. If a product doesn’t meet your expectations, we are here to help.
1. The 30-Day Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible, items must be:

Unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received them.

In their original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
2. Global Returns (China & International)
Because we source our collections globally, return shipping for international orders (including items shipped from China) may be subject to different procedures:

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for international orders unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Process: Please contact cartihuniverse@gmail.com before sending any items back. We will provide you with the correct return address for our nearest processing center.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or there is a technical defect (for tech gadgets), please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label and a full refund or a fast-tracked replacement at no extra cost to you.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are Final Sale:

Personal care items and opened beauty products.

Intimate apparel (underwear/swimwear).

Any item not in its original condition or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds: Will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
